Welcome to Fresh & Clean (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking our cleaning services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Fresh & Clean offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Yakima, Washington and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Standard cleaning

  • Deep cleaning & sanitization

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

  • Event & post-event cleaning

  • Customized cleaning plans

Service availability may vary depending on scheduling, property condition, or location.
2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or messaging.

  • You agree to provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs.

  • Time windows are estimates; actual start/end times may vary based on job size and conditions.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or staffing issues.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on property size, condition, and service type.

  • Quotes may change if the actual property condition differs from what was described.

  • Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

  • Accepted payments include cash, card, or online payment links.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • If our team cannot access your property at the scheduled time, it may be treated as a cancellation.

5. Access to Property
You agree to provide safe, accessible entry to your home or business. This may include:

  • Providing keys or access codes

  • Ensuring pets are secured

  • Clearing areas that need to be cleaned

If our team feels unsafe or unable to work, we may cancel or pause the service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services.
If you are not satisfied:

  • Notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no extra cost.

  • The guarantee applies only to areas originally scheduled and completed during the visit.

7. Damages & Liability

  • Our team handles your property with care, but minor, accidental damage may occur.

  • Fresh & Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unstable items.

  • You must notify us of valuable, fragile, or specialty items.

  • In the rare event of proven negligence, we may offer repair or reimbursement (at our discretion).

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of personal items

  • Allergic reactions to cleaning products (unless informed in advance)

  • Damage caused by unsafe property conditions

8. Cleaning Supplies

  • We provide our own cleaning products and tools unless a client requests otherwise.

  • If you require specific products (eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, etc.), please notify us before your appointment.

9. Pets
We love pets, but for safety:

  • All pets must be secured during appointments.

  • We are not responsible for pets escaping or injuries caused by unsecured animals.

10. Conduct
We treat every home with respect.
We expect clients to provide a safe, respectful environment for our employees.
We reserve the right to end service immediately if a team member feels unsafe or disrespected.
11. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse contact forms

  • Attempt to access restricted areas

  • Copy content without permission

  • Upload harmful files or code

12. Changes to Terms
Fresh & Clean may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
